Heading towards Groningen via Apeldoorn and Zwolle, we turn off into the spectacular countryside just after the national park. This is it: the holiday starts here! The scenery is more beautiful than we could have imagined for this flat country, with enchanting roads, a century-old forest and the beautiful Overijsselse Vecht river. Then, suddenly, we find ourselves at the entrance to the Huttopia de Roos campsite, nestled in a lush green environment. Welcome to this haven of peace, open space and nature.
