Huttopia Bozel en Vanoise (2 nights)

First stop of the trip: two nights amidst the mountains in a wooden chalet heated by a wood-burning stove. It’s a magical moment arriving at the shaded site: an expanse of snow and conifers by a river, surrounded by steep peaks, with Huttopia’s wooden chalets in the middle.

A warm welcome awaits at reception, along with information about all the activities and services available around the campsite. Huttopia chalets are ideal for making the most of the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains: a lovely living area, a kitchen, two bedrooms to sleep a total of 5 people and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The deck has a dining table, storage for skis, a sledge and wood for the wood-burning stove. Enjoy the view and a walk by the river…

Huttopia Bourg Saint Maurice (1 night)

The second stop is Huttopia Bourg Saint Maurice for a night in a comfortable wooden chalet with a stunning view over the mountains. Raclette and fondue machines are available to borrow from the campsite reception for a delicious family meal.

It’s in an excellent location for winter sports lovers, only a 5-minute walk from the cable car that takes you up to Arcs 1850 and Arcs 2000. Don’t forget to stop off at the dairy cooperative to taste the Alpine cheese!

Huttopia Vallouise (2 nights)

The third and final stop is Huttopia Vallouise. Little stops along the way to admire pretty spots and make the most of passing through Italy after the Fréjus tunnel.

Huttopia Vallouise campsite, at an altitude of 1200m, was the favourite of Nos Curieux Voyageurs for its surroundings, its family-friendly side and its location at the foot of the Ecrins mountains. Just as great for hiking in the summer as it is for enjoying the snow in the winter.

A lovely night in a comfortable wooden chalet, again heated by a wood-burning stove, with a stunning view of the slopes and the surrounding mountains.
